OK, so I need to make something like this

but with another name. I know how to glitterize it, but what I don't know is how to create a rainbow edge around the text. I assume that I would use a stroke around the text edges, but I don't know how to make the stroke color into a rainbow, instead of a solid color.
ANY help will be greatly appreciated!!!
