I would go with either a Canon or an Epson and steer clear of HP. Some people like them, but my mom has had 2 go bad on her. I have a canon printer that I LOVE and I love the whole 5 ink tank thing. The one you are looking at looks like a nice one.

I do also have a Epson scanner that has been with me for quite a long time and has served me well.
