Would you be interested in joining the SBB Design Team on the Elements Team?
What is the elements team you ask? What is required? What are the benefits?
The elements team is broken into sub-teams. One subteam works on a contribution for a team kit that will be given out in sections throughout all our monthly chat event chats. The other subteam creates little items they'd like for the elements team exclusive downloads in the subscriber downloads. We do this each month with each subteam alternating which of the two projects (team kit submissions, or download submissions) they are working on.
We'll have a chat event every 3rd weekend of the month, and the elements team kit is what will be given out for the bonuses in each chat. Submissions will be due the 15th of the month before (so the April submissions would be due March 15).
Requirements:
I. Will contribute to one team kit every other month
a. 2 - 3 papers (no recoloring on papers)
b. 3 to 5 elements
c. 1 alpha per kit (made by the swatch creator)
II. Provide gallery freebies every other month
a. On your ‘off’ month from contributing to the team kit, you must provide a small freebie for the gallery.
b. The "item" is your choice
III. Color swatches and inspiration pieces
a. All team members will provide Kit swatches.
b. Each team member will be assigned a month to put together a swatch
c. Each swatch must include 3 to 5 colors and be paired with an inspiration image along with kit title.
d. On your month to provide the swatch and inspiration, you will also be responsible for creating the alpha.
Benefits
1. The elements team can provide extra exposure and opportunities for free advertising for you, which we know is always helpful with our design business.
2. DTM benefits - Complementary ezines, site subscription and access to all the subcriber downloads and benefits, team and store kits, and possible financial renumeration if you provide articles and/or kits for the Ezine.

Your application should include your name, email address, three sample previews (websize) of your design work, and a link for us to download full size samples (2-3 papers, 2-3 elements, and an alpha or two).
**PLEASE NOTE, SBB has an exclusivity agreement with our Design Team Members. You can not be a design team member for another site while a DTM at SBB. You MAY be on an individual's or a site Creative Team, but not serve as a design team member in the fashion that DTMs server SBB.**
