Ok this is going to be a long and confusing reply! Sorry

I use PSPX How I have determined in the past what I see on my montior is what I get when I print is this, I always work with my rulers turned on and set to inches:

I look at my(Display Properties/Settings and then my Advanced button) to see my Screen Resolution and the settings I have selected.
1280x1024 Pixels @ 96DPI
My monitor is a 19" CRT

Now since everything I create is at 300ppi resolution when I start a image. I know that when I want to see what it will look like as in physical size when printed onto a 8.5x11 piece of paper (this could be any size, but we are all familiar with this standard size)

Now if I use my Zoom controls and zoom to 32% to 33% this is the images correct print size (very close within 1-3 pixels).

If I zoom to 100% this gives me how clear it will look when printed. This is NOT the PRINT SIZE your items will be!

I looked at your example from the link and I look at the properties, if this is your full size image it is only 512 x 417 pixels big.
To get a decent print you need to create your images at 200ppi at least.

To get better print quality you should use 300ppi to start with. This number (resolution) determines the resolution of your print image quality.

512x417 @ 72ppi (default for PSP) is 7.111x5.792 Inches big
(while you have your approximate paper size big enough your print quality is going to be very very poor.)
512x417 @ 200ppi is 2.560x2.085 Inches big
(Now the paper size is not big enough for your needs but your images will print much much better)
512x417 @ 300ppi is 1.707x1.390 Inches big
(Paper size is way too little but you finally have print quaility images)

So if you want to print these out at the correct size on a 5x7 @ 300ppi you need these settings to start with when you create your image.
2100x1500 Pixels = 7.000x5.000 Inches, you can choose these number when you create a "New Image" in PSP.

And yes you can print these out all on one image and then cut apart later.

Now my Zoom of 33% isn't going to work for you unless your montior settings are exactly like mine. So I found the link to the article that talks about how to find the correct % zoom for your monitors settings and then do the math yourself. If it helped me it will surely make sense to you!

By using this method I can hold any physically printed item I have created and printed out, up to my monitor screen and they are within pixels of being the exact same size of each other.

Let us know if this helps you out!

Not sure if I was clear in explaining that I have already placed the photos on the coin in Paint Shop. I've also placed all the photo/coins on one sheet. Now I need to print them need to and cut them out so I can stick them on to the actual plastic coin. That is where I don't know what size to make the print. Also, maybe I cannot have them all on one sheet?
