Ellie, to post a link to your layout just go to your gallery, open up the page you want to post the link to, then copy the URL and paste it into your message. It will look like this

To post it with the title of your LO, copy the URL, type the name of your LO then click on the little Globe with A Chain link right above the message space where you are typing. A box will pop up that you paste the URL into. It will look like this
