I found a tutorial called "Making a Custom Brush using a Script in PSP"
In that tutorial you need at psp script called "Vector Tube Script"
The link to that script doesn´t work and I have search the internet to find this script but every link i found to that script is the same.

No I wonder where i could get that script?
