WOW! I'm so impressed with all of you! I told my
DH yesterday that I am going to lose 30 lbs. by
May. We are going to Europe in June for 3 weeks
and staying in Germany with my DC (who is slim &
trim), so I want to look decent! And more importantly,
I need to do it for health reasons too....just diagnosed
with Type ll Diabetes.
Sooooooooo....I'm starting TODAY!! I'm not much on
excercise, but I vowed to myself that I am going to
walk everyday and since I love to dance...on with the
music and 30 mins minimum dancing to my own beat
each day dancing! HA!! What a site!!
I'm on a high protein/low carb plan, which works really
well for me. So let's get busy here and be......
