I've started cutting excess fats (like mayo on my sandwiches, etc) and less snacking with the kids. The hard part for me is that there is always someone eating since I run a daycare. I also got a gazelle and am alternating using that, my treadmill, and my bike. I have to say that the gazelle is a real easy workout and I tend to stay on it longer than I would on the other machines. So that plus a bit of stress and I'm down five pounds.
