Okay lots of girls have the resolution to lose weight. So let's stick together and help eachother through the rough moments.
I started the 1st of january. Boy was my MIL pissed that I didnt want to eat her salads and such
I've exchanged:
candy with fruit
soda with water
white bread with crackers
peanutbutter and jelly with chicken filet and low fat cheese
and then offcourse no more snacking during the day, no more chocolates
and I took the spiderwebs of my step machine, and I step 3 times a day for 5 minutes!
So what have you been doing so far and did you have a little succes allready?
