You may be able to override the borderless option as SR states above.. but only if the drop down for the paper size is shown or a custom value is allowed to be entered in that box.... most likely, you will not be able to go borderless for a notecard.. it's a problem with the driver and a restriction many inkjets put in place to ensure ink bleed doesn't get stuck on the roller... more modern inkjets now allow borderless printing on more media.
