I used process multiple files to convert a folder on my external drive from jpeg to tiff (into a new folder on the same drive). I thought it completed, apparently it didn't. Now I can access the files on my J drive in the picture folder - I can see that they are there with PSE4 but can't open them.
SO, I tried the same thing again, this time creating an error log. However, I don't know how to view the error log and am still locked on the External Drive.
SO, then I thought I would use PSE6(trial) to convert the files that I can see from my external to my C drive. BAD idea! Now I can't choose any files on my C drive (although it is working).
I went from bad to worse!
I would appreciate any and all help. I thought that restarting would work - didn't. Went to processes and shut down the 2 adobe processes running because pse wasn't up - that didn't work. Emailed adobe and haven't heard anything. Where do I go from here?
