The easiest way would be to Flatten the layers, save as a JPG and then just drag into the new layout.

Or.. even better.. just recreate this by using layers over in the layout itself.. The first layer doesn't have to be a background layer.. it just was in my example but if you use it on an existing layout, then you don't need to white layer and can just clip the text layer to a layer with a texture.. make sense?
