I am just starting to use PSP 7. (up until now I have opened it, got aggravated and then closed it) I have been working with tutorials for the past week or so and just as I decided that psp and I could coexist peacefully on the same computer...... **poof** it turned into a monster.

Anyway yesterday it decided (I swear it has a mind of its own) that all of my fills would be very opaque. I have made sure that the layer palette opacity is at 100% but still very very see through. Any suggestions as to how to fix it that dont require a hammer?
