I dabble with fractals. I LOVE Paint Shop Pro, and tutorial after tutorial trying for the effect I wanted was for PS. I went ahead and downloaded a demo for PS to do a tutorial and see if I had any Ah HA moments. The design below is all Paint Shop Pro, except for the silver inlay. I did the silver effect in Paint Shop, but the line design is the only thing I did in PS. Is there anyway or a tutorial that shows how I can do something like this in Paint Shop? I'm not scared of Bezier Curves LOL. I can get a shape, but I have a devil of a time trying to rotate it from one end, vs. from a center point. The lines also appear to be jagged, but I did have the idea that I could do a 'shape' and then just select and delete the center to get the shape I want. But there again, lies my problem with rotation. PS has it where you click a key combination and it repeats the action...keep hitting the key combination, it repeats it for every time you hit it...i.e...that circle effect. I tried making a script to do this in Paint shop but ended up with a mess. I imagine that takes some practice. It turned out a mess because mainly due to trying to set a pivot point and keep it the same.

I hope you can make sense of that. I love Paint Shop and detest the thought of paying out the nose for PS for just wanting to do one thing lol. Any help, tips, advice, is more than welcomed. Thank you.
