Don't forget if you decide to go this route that
reformatting a computer/harddrive means everything on it will be wiped out - INCLUDING ALL FILES AND INSTALLED PROGRAMS so you will need to back up all your important files and will need to reinstall all programs again like a brand new computer. YOU MUST ALSO be sure you
have the Windows disk IN YOUR HAND before even considering this option. If you don't have it (you should since Dell includes it with their computers) DON'T TRY TO REFORMAT...
