Ok..so I have been playing around trying to put a blinkie in my siggie..and all of a sudden my pages are showing up with a lovely blue in them..not the whole thing..just the title sections!

..just wondering..did I do that or is it a new change. Either way it is gorgeous!
And thses new blinkies...what a hoot.
