I've bought Michelle's Color and lighten action, unzipped it and now am at a loss about what to do????

Can you tell I'm a newbie?

I thought it probably had to be put in one of the Adobe subdirectories but which one?
I did read a message about actions and PSE 5 but Elements 4 does not have a Special Effects subdirectory - or at least not one I can find.

Please, help! I'm anxious to try the actions and hope to order more - after I figure out how to use them of course
