Not sure who you mean Arti.
However I Have had it pretty much since the beta came out
It has a few different features to XP and it does take a little to get used to some of the features which are kewl in my honest oppinion.
Being a beta version it does have some compatabliity issues which I assume would be fixed in the "realease" version.
Scanner software was non existant
Java related chats I can't get into - honestly I have not looked into fixing these lately cause I can't be bothered. (SBB uses flash chat hehe)
There are many features I love!
My suggestion go to google do a search on reviews on vista and read what people are saying and look at screen shots - my opinion may vary from yours iykwim
Good luck and I don't think you can go wrong buying from dell or using Vista
