Your best bet is to check the "terms of use" to try and find how to reach the creator of the kit. Maybe with luck, she will see this post.

The downloads area was changed a year ago, and many of the free ones were removed. Maybe if you can somehow show us the kit's preview, we can check the old files to see if it is still on the servers?
