Making Mattes

OK I have had someone ask me how I did the viewfinder matte for this LO Engagement Shoot and seeings as though I am not a great person to write tutorials I hope this helps!

I started with a 12x12 page and created a photo box (hold the F key down whilst using the mouse to drag out a box shape) right click the box and choose the eclipse matte to work with, remove drop shasows. Change the colour of this circle to be black. Ctrl D to duplicate the circle and make this one white and scale it down for the middle photo.

Make another photo box using the F and mouse and scale down to a small box (I used a rounded square matte I had made previously to make mine but squares will do) make this white also, dont forget to remove your drop shadows. Ctrl D this 7 times and arrange between the two circles. When happy render the completed viewfinder by naming it and saving directly to your mattes folder with in Foto Fusion.

When you open a project choose your paper and add this matte, then you can fill up the empty spaces!

Let me know if I have left anything off or reuqire any further info.
