I've had terrible customer service as well. Very similar situation. Nobody ever got back to me...I just got a refund for the $5. I requested them to reactivate the download keys because I'm tired of waiting...and they reactived the wrong ones. I'm not sure what else to do either. I planned on trying to call on the telephone on Monday...I've tried to be very patient, but it's getting rather ridiculous. I didn't exactly spend a small amount of money either...and am sad, because my wishlist in this store is huge! Now I'm afraid to buy from them again.
