I've noticed it too. Bummer when you have several tabs trying to comment. If I catch it before closing the tab lol, I just refresh. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have mentioned anything b/c I recall a mention that things were being done so there will be moments like this until they announced that it's finished
