now a days most designers put their name in the file you download to use for your layouts. You should see something, their initials or name or a TOU or Read Me file??? If not, you might post in the credits something like "I need credits for these elements please" and someone might recognize them. You can always edit your layout credits afterwards. It's always a good idea to give credit to designers. You have to try a chat or challenge none the less. That's where all the inspiration and fun comes from!
