Load your photo onto your canvas, and make a dubplicate (crtl D). Lock each photo into placwe on the canvas individually. Now, turn one of them into B&W. Use your marquee to cut out squares of whichever layer you choose- the color or the B&W, adjusting the marquee as you go to occassionally tip the square.

I'm so excited this will work. I may need further details though on the above- LOL- most of it!!
By locking into place- do you mean one right over the other? Then I use the marquee to make a square selection and angle it and then some I would move under the other layer to where some color are on top and some b&w. I may be really confused once I get home to play with this. I'm at work right now.
