I was also searching for that font and came across a forum indicating that the Bratz logo is based on the font "Funkhouse". Although it's for sale from houseind.com, a further search revealed it's available as a FREE download from http://www.searchfreefonts.com

When you get there, enter "Funkhouse" in the "Search for fonts" field and hit Go
