When you do a CT layout for a designer, how big do you usually make your page. I ask because I use Photoshop CS and my computer is really slow. So if I make a 12X12 page, often I cannot post it anyhow due to size limitations, and I shrink the layout down to fit requirements. How do you work with your layouts? Do you start with them at a certain size, like 5X5 for the web only, or do you start with something larger?
