I'm looking to upgrade my digi cam...I was looking into the PowerShot S3 IS. My concern is the shutter speed. With a baby and a 5 year old I wanted to take candid but how's the shutter speed...? I hope someone can help me...


Also, what kind of camera can I find with unobtusive flash for situations of low lighting.
