You will need some kind of program, there are quite a few out there, all different price ranges. Almost all of them offer free trial periods if you want to try them out. SBB has a wonderful tutorial section -

and if you scroll down a bit you'll see forums set up by program if you have specific questions - there always seems to be someone around who can answer for you.
