Sorry I can't help! But if you don't mind out-sourcing your printing...

1) Costco, if you have one nearby. They have 12x18 enlargements. Create a new 12x18 doc in your program and plop your 12x12 LO on it, save as JPG and upload through their website. You can pick it up right in the store.

2) Use a Walgreens or Safeway or some other store that has a Kodak kiosk. I don't know what enlargement size options they have though.
