Sorry for all the posts I'm just thinking outloud. Heres an example. If a parent took there kid to say walmart. They get there pictures taken wearing there baseball uniform, becuase its cheaper to get the pictures taken there, then what the leagues prices are. Would the little league sue the parent or walmart because they were taking money away from the league!! Another thought dont you pay for the uniform in the sign up fees?? So isn't it yours to take pictures of?? When you sign up does it say you have to buy there pictures?? NOPE!!!! Does everyone buy the pictures!!! NOPE. will it make a difference if you give them a layout?? I think NOT!!!!!! man this is stressful it gets me so mad. I can just imagen how you must feel.
