Sure the tutorial will be up in the PSP section as soon as Shelleyrae gets to it!!
But until then use just a straight brush or the one you made to use in CS, make the rotation to vertical, adjust the size to suit your needs, my step was at 8, 100% opacity.
Then open your brush variance palette, everthing is left to 0 except these settings.
Rotation: Direction - 0
Fade Rate 30
Postion jitter 10
Impressions per step 2-3
Brush variances are touchy with their settings and numbers, just by altering them a couple numbers either way you can create a totally different effect really fast. Change them a little at a time and you will soon find a couple more presets that you will want to save also.
