I am not 100% sure yet. All of this is still up in the air for now. I am working on a couple of sites for a web design client that will hopefully go live this summer sometime (one is a redesign of their current site) and we're doing this using Joomla. It is ok. My biggest complaint is that it isn't super web-standard compliant, but it does do the dirty job. Since this project will contain tons of articles and pictures, as well as serving up videos and whatnot, Joomla seems to fit the bill for us. The price is right at any rate. Of course, the learning curve is not the smallest. The process is longer for us as I am the most advanced on the team, so I have to decide if it is something that I can "easily" explain to my other design partner as far as designing for the CMS system.
I am actually still researching. I haven't done any in the last 4 months or so. It is time to start the process again and see if there is anything better out there. I am thinking my digi-scrapping site/store will be a good way to try one out. I just need to find the time.
