Well the easiest way to ensure
that the content you want to "expire" expires is to use a content management system of some sort. Depending on your skills and whatnot, this might not be a feasible option.
Another way is to make a "page" expire is to put it into the META tags of the page. It would make that page expire, so whatever you wanted to expire should be on that page. It forces the browser to search for a newer version of the page. You can do a google search on meta-tag expiration and find something I am sure. I know that webdeveloper.com has brief explaination on use of meta-tags. Then again, it might not be what you are wanting, either.
There might be a way to do it with scripting.
I will be using the CMS myself. I have never personally done the META tag version, so I am not sure what the fine details are on it.
