In a nutshelle you are looking for a scanner 4800x4800ppi, optical density of 3. Conssider optiosn like a film negative or slide scanning ability and I can highly recommmend any scanner that offers a Multi Scan function. Other than you have to decide on what brand - generally a name brand like HP, cannon or Epson are better choices, and what you are willing to pay.
