This is a first for me so I am not sure what to do, or how to deal with it. I have taught many ds (digital scrapping)classes, and in my last class someone complained
confused:. Well this is a first for me. Each of the students receive handouts, and a cd with a very,very large page kit.
She was not happy with the class because I did not offer a live demo on creating a scrapbook page, instead I created several power point slides with each step demonstrated. My laptop crashed so I was using my sisters, and her laptop was much slower than mine, so I thought a power point demonstration would be faster and better.
I have offered to let her take the class again where I will do a live demo, any other suggestions?
