Hey Scrappers!

I use photoshop elements 4.0...I am still in the learning process...I want to learn how to get different affects for my papers and pictures...such as crumpled paper, torn edges and inked edges around my pics...Is this included in my program already or do I have to download a program to do this with..
I looked into atomic cupcake...but dont know if it works with elements 4.0...

Any help is greatly appreciated!
