Can someone help me? I keep booting up Photoshop Elements 3 so I can make a layered page. But when I press "Start from Scratch" to get going, it keeps putting me in Editor (ie, no layers available, and only 4 tools in the toolbar). How do I get to the standard page where I can build a project with layers? Thanks.
