I believe I have answered my question.... Elements does not upgrade to CS anything... right? Totally seperate packages. The offer I am getting is because I currently have Elements, but it is not upgrading me... I was misunderstanding. So, anyway. .. $300 is a good deal for a full verson at any rate!
