Hmm... thats a toughy. The only thing that I could find is that by clicking on "Pack and Go" in the file menu, and selecting the option for commercial printing, everything will be packaged up in an executable file. This results in all of your images in the file being exported into .tif format, but the text still stays in publisher format.

Other than that, the only thing i can think of is to print out the publisher file, then scan it in, or to use acrobat to convert it to .pdf and then import it into photoshop and save it as .jpg (the adobe website lets you convert 3 files into .pdf for free) although you may experience loss of resolution if you are trying to get printable quality. Also, if you use the "save as webpage" feature in publisher, you may get lucky and publisher may convert your entire document into 1 jpg.

Anyways, how is that for duct tape solutions?
