Ok- Im back in my scrapping mood again and Im trying to figure out the best way to turn an picture into a B&W picture. I was doing Layer> New Adjustment Layer? Gradient Map and then chosing the B&W but this just seems too harsh. I want a softer B&W picture.

Can anybody give me some advice? Thanks!
