LOL Dianne is SO right...I found distressing pretty hard to do without being too repeating patterned looking...you just have to play around with the brushes to get the edges inked and distressed the way you want them So if you are using Paint Shop Pro, look for some grungy PSP brushes and the same for PhotoShop, look for grungy PS brushes. You can also erase part of the brushes - make sure you put them on a separate layer...makes it easier to choose the brush you want to erase part of.
