Congrats on the excellent purchase! I went from PSE2 to PSE3 to PSE4 without needing much more than the tutorials on this website. The best thing to do, is open a blank file and just "play" with all of the new options you have available. You will learn by each new experience. My only hint is to keep a notebook beside you to record the steps you are taking, so that you can duplicate newly learned tricks later when you want them in a layout.
