I think she is just trying to scare you off. Is she saying the the layout of the page is hers ( the sketch itself) or is it the content of the pictures- hand, foot, toes, etc. If that is the case,I've seen hundreds of layouts that have that kind of photo in it. I'm sure she's not the first to use it. I would think the copyright she has should specify what EXACTLY is her idea. Then if yours is the same, even though you didn't mean it to be, you'll have to change yours. I guess that would be a case of dumb luck- you didn't know. She better have same darn good proof of what is HER idea like she's claiming.
