If that is the case I would assume we had all better stop placing rectangle photo's on a rectangle piece of digital paper...I think every combination has been used by now!! LOL She must be a pretty amazing woman if she thought of that particular placement of elements and photo's, before anyone else did!!

That is about like someone trying to copyright dots and lines on a digital piece of paper...I would think...who copyrighted the poka dot? Or stripes...can't be done!

I could be totally wrong, but I can't image you can copyright placement!
