Not my first LO every but my first LO using PSCS2 :P

Hello!

I have been using PSP for years and I have yet to really try PS for scrapping.. Well I have tried a few times but get fustrated because I am so used to PSP and do not know my way around PS all that much.... I have owned PSCS2 for sometime now so I thought I would get my feet wet tonight in trying it for scrapping. I usually just use it for my RAW photos.
Here is my first LO I have ever done in PS,

I have a question for all the PSCS2 users..
Is there a tool where you can resize, like make smaller & larger .. Like if I wanted to make the photo inside of that LO a little smaller is there a tool in the palette that will let me as they call in PSP 'deform' it?

TFL!!!! And I hope to be using more of PS when I get used to it more I am just hoping there is a tool like I am asking becuase I use that ALLLLLLLLLLLL the time in PSP.
