it was about $165 from amazon. and it my humble opinion, it is worth that much just for the improved filters. You can see much more clearly what's happening to your image as you adjust sliders.

I haven't played with the new shadows adjustment too much, but it looks like it will be an invaluable tool in my photo restorations.
