I guess I'll just assume certain photo objects are fine to use in kits, since many designers have done so. I don't think they would break copyright laws. My guess is that objects that can't be traced back to a specific company are okay to use (like antiques or generic items). That's generally what I've seen in most kits.

But if I hear anything to the contrary I'll let everyone know.
