My favorite purchased kits include elements that are photographs of antique and more recent vintage objects, such as toys, kitchen items, etc. I have several vintage objects I would like to photograph and include in a kit/layout for selling purposes. I understand there are copyright laws applied to printed materials. Are there similar laws applied to objects? I imagine objects that depict licenced characters are off limits, and popular name brands, like Fisher Price. Are there any other objects off limits?

Any information in this department would really be appreciated.
