atomic cupcake's text is for PSE 3.0 ONLY. wont work in 2.0 or 4.0
and you can use the "create warped text", but you will not get the effect that i think you are looking for. using it to create a circle of text distorts the text.
best bet is if you have PSE3, use atomic cupcake's template.
