If you're planning on only using your own elements in work you sell then I wouldn't use layouts with other peoples elements in them. You're likely to get a customer who wants the exact same layout for themself and then you'd have to explain that you can't use the same elements because they are someone elses. I think it would save you a lot of hassles if you just display layouts made completely from your own work.
